The successful candidate will:
  • Have experience with project management & exhibit strong organizational skills
  • Be facile with technology including hosting virtual meetings and using various tools and technologies to streamline workflow and work products
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be familiar with the arts and education landscape
  • Be able to work as a member of a team as well as self-initiate systems and products
  • Bonus--be able to manage corporate and foundation grants and reporting and be familiar with the US government/National Endowment for the Arts grant management systems and grant reporting requirements

This position:
  • Is a contracted position at a fixed rate of pay for 12 ½ hours/week or 50 hours/month
  • Requires a home-office or suitable alternative with excellent internet connectivity
  • Is to begin mid-August to early-September. Exact start date is negotiable.
